Whoa there guy slow your roll, let’s just see how your first year goes
Does your dad bring in business? 🤓
Are you an experienced hire, or did you do a couple busy season internships? If not I don’t see that happening
jk aside, I was early promoted and my advice is that you have to behave like a senior and have a very strong case, and more importantly, a person that supports you.
I asked a few people about this and was told that it is basically impossible now days.
You don’t want this smoke
Same tips as going from S1 to P1....it isn’t going to happen.
To make that happen you will have to be doing some of the work of a senior a few months before the year end when they have promotion discussions.
Don’t get your hopes up
I know a guy went from A1 to S1 but he’s an experienced hire
Or you could just work for 2 years. Just need to be average.
Don’t quit or get fired. That’s all it takes.
My advice: spend 2 years as an A1 then you’ll likely get promoted to S1
