Tech Mahindra Hey guys, I attempted Hackathon by tech Mahindra (for jr java developer 1-3 yr exp). After 3 days I received a call from hr confirming that I have been shortlisted and took hr round on that call. Later I received a document verification mail asking for all essential docs which are required for joining, but didn't received any offer letter yet. When I cross checked mail address with my friend in tech Mahindra, he confirmed that such hr exists with same e-mail id. Is it normal in tech Mahindra?

McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

Depends on where you’re applying. Do you have experience in the industry? Are the roles you are applying for technology based?
Only worked in consulting since college. Not positive where I want to apply yet just want to use some down time to start putting it together but probably another consulting firm
If you’re staying in consulting, I would break your resume into internal and external projects. Unless, you’ve been on the same engagement for the last 5 years because you’d only have one. If you are trying to stay within the same service line (advisory, digital, public sector, etc.) I would highly those. If you’re hoping to jump to a different service line, you’ll have to be more creative.
I’m in the same boat OP-I noted on my resume “Select Case Experience” and then grouped my major projects that relate to the job posting and provided a couple of bullets for each. For example, one group may be current state assessment reviews, with 2-3 bullets describing the difference current state assessments I did for a couple of clients and the impacts.
Does anyone have a summary section at the top of their resume? Or just work, education, additional skills/info
