It seems counterintuitive but I block 30 minutes at the beginning of my week and each day to get myself organized. It helps me prioritize and put together a plan to address everything on my list (even if that means asking to push a deadline out and/or delegating).
Yeah find a way to focus (hard I know) and just get two-three things done. Actually crossing things off helps so much more than I ever expect it to. Hang in there - it’s literally nuts everywhere right now, you are not alone in this feeling.
