Have an honest talk with the supervisor. Also have an honest talk a level above the supervisor. There’s no need for drama. You’re just looking for transparency and honesty

Perhaps wait until you get proof. Someone could have misheard it or taken it out of context. Hopefully you are keeping trail of your communication and if need be, can use that. Until that, be patient - I know it’s difficult, but things have a way of working themselves out

Document everything. Agree with Partner1, have an honest communication but still document. Send follow-up email after conversation. And don’t bring others into it. No need for drama

I have no physical proof yet, but a couple of my friends overheard my supervisor throwing me under the bus or trying to while I was out sick yesterday. Apparently, no one was engaging or agreeing with the comments the supervisor made. But I don’t like the sound of this and want to try and prepare myself somehow in case this supervisor tries to get me in trouble/fired

Hi all, I’m looking for ways to develop myself professionally. I would love recommendations or tips on how you continue education in your field to stay relevant and continue to learn about different marketing strategies. Any tips on really good conferences, programs, classes, books, would be so so appreciated. I’m currently a senior manager for local marketing activations on a planned path to become a director. Thank you!

Hi all, has anyone in supply chain taken one of the certification exams? (CPSM, CPSD, CSCP) Does it help in any way besides refreshing contents about supply chain? I was thinking might be a good way to strengthen my resume (most of my career in investment analysis) but not really sure if it really brings that much value. Any insights appreciated. #supplychain #cpsm #cpsd #cscp #education #certifications
