I drink a big glass of room temperature water right when I wake up and then keep a water bottle at my desk to drink throughout the day. I drink water constantly and I never get headaches anymore.
I second the tactic of starting your morning with it. If you force yourself to stand in one spot and finish an entire 16 Oz before you let yourself do anything else...it sets you up in a very easy way. I've found that doing this actually encourages me to keep it up through the rest of the day (might be a personal thing but it works for me)
Hot water and lemon although the acidity could pose a problem if you were to drink too much. Room temperature water if you’re not opposed to it.

I mix salt in my morning water
I have a 1.5 / 2 litre bottle of water on my desk (room temp as I dislike cold water). Fill it with fresh fruit / veg (mix it up between raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cucumber, fresh mint, ginger, lime / lemon slices).
Keeps it interesting and fun, deciding new variations daily.

Drink through a straw if you’re worried about staining your teeth! I do and it makes a big difference.
Does this cause wrinkles? You really can’t win 🤦🏼♀️

What PwC1 said, plus herbal teas which shouldn’t stain your teeth.
My Sodastream really encourages me to drink more water.
@PwC3 They only said color was their worry. 😉 Also, Sodastream isn’t half as carbonated as the bottled seltzer you’d buy.
@athenahealth 1 Clearly medically true.
I time my water intake. 1L water after my morning coffee. 0.5 L after lunch. 1 L after my afternoon coffee. 0.5 L after dinner.
That’s 3 L right there and if I work out, I have an additional litre just during the exercise
