Tips on managing workload when pregnant.

Whats the difference between consulting and advisory in terms of job duties, pay, wlb, etc? I have asked this question to many people in both positions, and no one is able to give an actual answer that differentiates the two.

Anyone had skin issues due to drinking or had issues clear up after stopping drinking? 40F and drink about 2 beers most days and have uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, blotchiness, and red spots (not pimples, they are small and not raised) on my cheeks. Not sure if its the beer or the age or both.

Both from a comp and exit opportunity perspective. I heard the big 4 have merged the pay bands that FDD and MC are similar in comp now - wanting to confirm.
