Delta upgrades are non-existent these days. They bring the cost down and down to sell all the first class and comfort seats. I understand from revenue perspective, but the loyalty program is useless.

Has anyone ever tipped a flight attendant? In general I think the practice is bizarre, but I see so many posts online about ppl tipping or giving gifts/gift cards to flight attendants. These aren’t underpaid service workers, these are salaried employees with benefits, why would I give them a gift card for showing up to work and doing their job?
Note - in general I absolutely do believe in tipping, I’m a standard 20%+ tipper in restaurants, etc., but not for full time professionals
