Tips on presentations? Particularly for delivering eloquent speeches or input in conversation? I see others that are with the words but i end up doubting myself and find it hard to express my opinion in speech. Specially in a geoup setting. Yes it has to do with my experiences but jow do i get over that fear

Taught public speaking for years. My #1 advice is to remember you know the topic pr else you wouldn’t be speaking. Your input is valuable.
#2 explain things like your speaking to a friend’s mom or dad who is not in your industry. Imagine you run into them and they ask you about whatever topic you’re speaking on. I find this helps strike the right balance between simple explanations, polite tone, and respect for your audience.
#3 don’t be afraid to pause and ask for questions
#4 don’t be afraid to say you don’t know an answer and take a note for later
#5 any chance you get to speak internally, ask a friend/peer or two to give you honest feedback. Limit it to 1-2 things at once.

Thanks much for the tips, this is so helpful

I think listening is more important than being eloquent. Repeat back what the client says to you to make them feel heard. Practice longer presentations ahead of time so you’ve gone through the flow. Use structure for your thoughts such as chronological: before, during, after or a simple I have 3 thoughts about this, the first is this, the second is this, and the third is this. Based on those 3 I recommend this... Use storytelling to connect better during presentations and help better visualize.

Stop. Breathe. Think. THEN respond. Don’t speak too quickly and don’t read from your slides. Conversational tone of voice, like you’re talking to a friend. Use hand gestures, even if no one can see you. It helps to keep your pacing and inflections natural and unforced.

My 4 year old is into arts and crafts, so I got him a perler bead set last Christmas.

Took him a while to try it out, but he's turned into an absolute perler bead fanatic! Our iron has gotten more use in the past 6 months than it did in the previous decade, even when I was ironing all my work clothes!
