Tips on work life balance is this instance? My acct is only about 7 months old & considered a huge win/growth driver for my agency. The high stress, adhoc requests never stop. My GAD is so hands off — Never picks up slack, just delegates, never says no. Then comes in at the last hour to nitpick yet not help. My clients & team (minus my GAD) are good people but it’s hard to live with such a high volume stress. Any strategies for surviving this acct? Not native to the fact this is agency life :/

Any tips on assessing if the hiring manager will be a good manager and person to work with?

I’d be hoping to learn a lot from them, as they would be pretty much be all of my day-to-day interactions and team. I’ve received an offer but have asked for another convo as I’m still unsure on culture, WLB and training etc as it’s a new team so no other people in comparable roles to talk to.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. I recently had an interview with HCL and cleared 2 rounds of technical interview. I waited for a week for HR call but no such call was received. I then contacted the POC who scheduled the interview (he is an HCL employee) and he said that I have been shortlisted and will receive HR call shortly.
