I got highlights because it supposedly adds volume. That was 12 years ago sooo 💸💸
I have very thin hair but make long hair look full using root boosting, thickening, and volumizing products!! I’m partial to bumble and bumble in particular
I have thinning hair and grew it out to a few inches below my boobs. Key helpful things for me were taking viviscal for 3-4 months (I don’t anymore), using heat protectant, leaving conditioner in for at least 10 min every time I washed my hair, vegetarian diet with lots of leafy greens, and trims every 3-4 months.
Thanks! Any products you guys love and see results with?

Kiehls or OGX (the coconut white bottle)
If you do not color it, are a brunette or redhead, try the Henna caca bars at Lush. I do it twice a year and it conditions, thickens and makes your hair super shiny using natural ingredients.
I have jet black hair 😔 but thanks for the tips! I didn't realize vivisical came in tablet form! Adding that to my shopping list. I use ogx the brown bottle and am a fan. Will try the white one next.
Living proof volumizing spray! Also their volumizing balm! I also use Redken volumizing mousse and it helps!! I have baby fine hair. In the winter I look awful. Also keep getting it cut... my hair looks better when they refresh the bottom otherwise the hair just weighs down
