Water and apples work for me

Bloating is normal, but certain foods can make it much worse. Some of these foods however are very healthy, and their health benefits outweighs the bloating IMO. But If I’m trying to look good In a tight dress I may replace my kale salad with asparagus or spinach instead, but I don’t cut kale out of my diet.

Processed foods also cause bloating, as does excessive salt.

Antacids... I go thru them as needed

Water, gut health, & whole, unprocessed food

Looking to start weight training, but need some help figuring out what is the right routine. I consider myself a beginner, i run periodically, but havent consistently done weights except for doing a few reps on the machines in the gym. Want to start this the right way.

In the past to lose weight I did a low carb diet (only protein, fruits, and vegetables) which was effective but I had zero energy to work out.
