T-Mobile sucks for coverage in Manhattan. I currently have T-Mobile for my corporate phone, and have to resort to my personal phone a lot.

You should test out your reception when you look at apartments — there are always dead zones...that said if you travel internationally it might be worthwhile to include that in your comparison. I have AT&T and am totally fine with it in NYC but do have an occasional dead zone it I really like the fact you can spend $10 a day and get international everything in many countries

With Straight talk plans you can be on AT&T network for a lower monthly payment than the big telecom plans.
