With that in mind, am I better off accepting a F100 rotational leadership development program with first year 75k base, 11k relocation bonus (receive each year for 3 years), 6k sign on, and 6-12k EOY performance bonus. Would consulting comp make up for the toxic culture?? Keep in mind, I’m currently intern at this company and it’s a very well known CPG company and has a great culture

When should I send a thank you follow up after an interview?

Do not put anything on a resume that you can't talk in detail on especially if you claim to know this topic. One you get caught having stuffed your resume with jargon and hype word but don't know anything or very much about it, the interviewer will start probing hard to find not discrepancies and soon you're resume will be in the round filing cabinet with a big no written on it.

I see people in here don’t know how to give helpful advice at all. I’ve made the decision to just put my foot out of the door. I’ve voiced my concerns to the program manager. They were ignored. I think I’m willing to take a pay cut to get my life back. I work 100-125hrs a week I also work 7 days a week. The hours aren’t the issue. I’ve done it before it’s the fact that I miss having my weekend nights off. It’s a drain mentally . So here I begin a new job search .
