Hi Fishes, I recently joined NielsenIQ on 13th and was offered with 2 lakhs of joining bonus. The first month's salary got credited yesterday but there's no Joining Bonus. So I wanted to know if you joined the same company or a different one, when did you receive it ?

Hi, I have recently got the offer from HCL Technologies, they are offering only 7LPA and I have a counter offer in Cognizant, they offering me 8.8 LPA. I spoke with the HCL HR on the same, HR said that they will revise the offer two days before my joining date. This was happened over the phone call, so I mailed them to send me a mail, detailing all the information we talked over the call, but still I didn't get any mail from them. Now they are urging me to upload the docs. What I do??

I think you'll find engineers mostly don't want to become managers or executives, which is why we don't pursue MBAs or management positions.
If you do a survey, you will also find that literally 90 percent of MBA don’t become CEO.

They all started as engineer with a CS or engineering degree. Just saying you don’t need to jump directly into MBA and aim to be a CEO. You can still be an engineer, be good at what you do and become CEO.
Most CEO got to their positions not because of MBA but because they are a SME in their field.
