TEXAS NURSES (BSN, RN)! Tell me your thoughts on what my hourly pay should be. I have 5 yrs. experience as a nurse and have a specialized diabetes certification (diabetes educator) for 3 years. I currently have 3 job offers coming my way. One from a remote position in New York (about $85,000) and two from hospitals about an hour away from me (about $92,000).
