Stuck my nose into a private party...
So I’m about to start my interview process for Capital One next week for a Senior Financial Analyst position. My recruiter going give me a prep call on Friday but I wanted any advice that recruiters don’t tell you during the interview process. Also I wanted to ask if Capital One a decent place to work at. I will be working at the one in McLean Virginia if that helps.

If you're in this industry (assuming consulting purple and not software wineriesm engineers, delivery, etc), your networking skills and ability to proactively pursue/find new opportunities is an important part of the skill sets and traits you need to be successful. With some exceptions, we generally have enough of a heads up before hitting the beach, and should be able to line up options before hitting it.
