To anyone that has recruiters reach out to them on LinkedIn, do you have descriptions underneath your job title?

When people add percents to their resume, where are they pulling the numbers out of? Like for example reduced costs by $xxx,xxx , or improved performance by 20%, or increased revenue by 15%? If you’re just fixing tickets and working on product feature enhancements (what I’m primarily doing), where do you get the numbers to put on your resume from? I haven’t updated my resume yet to include my current and first job, so it’s gonna be the first relevant work experience I put on there

What does a Senior Manager need to do to make a Partner case at Big4? How long do they need to do it? I heard a 3-5 M book of business over 3-5 years is the rule of thumb.

Should I keep my new job or boomerang back to my old job? The new job pays 50K more base, 25K more bonus and I get 40K a year consulting for the old job so around 115K difference in cash (not counting equity).

So why even consider going back to the old job? The new job keeps me busy 12+ hours a day while the old job is a coast at 1-2 hours a day max.
