Working Moms

To anyone who had multiples — at what point did you stop working? I’m still in the second trimester, but sitting up all day is starting to get uncomfortable. There’s just not room in there and I desperately need to stretch out on my back several times a day.

Not pregnant with multiples but currently in the third trimester of my second pregnancy and my back pain has gotten progressively worse. Last week it got to a point where I could barely walk and I could not sit at my desk for more than 20 min before needing to lay down. Went to a prenatal chiropractor at the recommendation of my OB and they said my hips are out of alignment causing the pain. Been working with them to manage it and it’s been helping. I also got one of those inflatable exercise balls and have been using that instead of a desk chair which has helped me be able to sit for longer. Also using a heating pad when laying down has helped.

How much money do you having in your savings vs investing in a brokerage account/IRA/real estate, etc? I feel like I have way more in my savings and should invest more (probably not right now), but I feel like I’m just sitting on wasted opportunity to invest. How much do people keep in savings compared to their salary? Also adding living situations would be appreciated (single, married, kids)
