To be “gold standard" utilized you need to be at or above 130% as a staff/senior. Good bye raises!!

If you have that high of utilization, it’s an indicator that you’re not very good at your job. Either that or you need to learn to say no

130% if your budget ?

Lol

I was at 136% last month but my rank-grade utilization was below 100%. If that works how I think it does we have some people out here billing insane hours

High Utilization = high performance?

Good thing that isn’t a category

Assuming It’s only because I’m not very good at my job is pretty narrow minded. 4 rated last year and my team had so much turnover there isn’t anyone else to get things done. My senior manager and partner have supported me when i had other things going on and needed help so I returned the favor.

Alright gang kill the budget for a demonstration! 😅
