Perhaps women can just get promoted based on "their potential" like men do and wages can be raised to be the same. There's no reason equality needs to be detrimental.
Or we can all make lots of money!
Then maybe y'all can join us in supporting higher wages across the board.
we should all suffer together.
alright DJT
I really thought you were going somewhere else based on the first 6 words of your comment @72. I'm delighted that you didn't.
I see some half excuses for not supporting equal salaries for both genders. Don't worry guys you are still getting most of the promotions.
lmao hell no
ha. thanks
Raise them a little and lower the dudes a little. Meet half way. (Though for real equality, raise the women to the same amount, it's an established going rate and should be applied to all that earn it)
My point is that if we standardize wages it will stagnate wages at the lower level. Beware (and for f@cks sake don't take the first offer!)
Holding companies gotta make money somewhere. This just hasn't occurred to them yet.
It has. Next time you job hop you'll get told they are standardizing salaries for each position "to be fair."
I'm not sure mine COULD get any lower. Heh.
Who doesn't support equal salaries? It's nonsense to say that. Support how? That's the important question. The only way to do it is to flatten out the wage scale and have full transparency. If they do that, it won't be in anyone's favor, trust me.
