Is it worth it to get a professional certification like SHRM/PHR? Not many of my colleagues have one and it’s not a requirement for my role, but I’m curious if it’s worth it in the long run

How feasible is it to move to IB at the post-MBA Associate level by doing a non-MBA master's degree, like an MS in accounting? Or an MS in engineering? I have a strategy consulting background and would be targeting industrials banking in the US and UK.

Does IB require (realistically) a Top 25 MBA? Or will just having a regionally accredited MBA suffice?

I am thinking about moving to a startup as chief of staff after 2 years of post MBA consulting experience.

I forgot to change my contributions from after-tax to Roth + Traditional. A few paychecks went through as after-tax and hasn’t touched my $20,500 contribution limit for the year yet.

How will those funds be used/taxed? What are the implications here.

So something crazy happened to me last week. I was at the airport, and as usual on call after call.
