I’m a 53 year old Creative who has worked at several hot shops. (DDB and Crispin). I’ve been a CD and went back to ACD/Writer to be more affordable and a better mentor than some of the 30 year olds they’re considering. (Some have bitten but never pulled the trigger on an offer). I did in-house pre-Covid and gone 75 interviews with nada over 2 years. Any advice?

I have a lot of student debt from law school. I’ve refinanced a couple of times and received the best fixed rate available, but I’ve seen others refinance with a variable rate which of course is lower. I’ve read some other comments of people refinancing at a super low variable rate....isn’t this risky? Of course I am afraid of going variable and then the interest rates going up a lot. How would you account for promotional sensitivity of products when you apply weights to a drug portfolio? For example, a drug could be first-in-class and as a result doesn’t have to be promoted as much as another drug which has some competition. We have some weights from sales but how do you include weights for promotional sensitivity on top?
