Also, are 2 referrals per company okay? Can I use 1 referral per sector like I’m interested in (ex: 1 for strategy, 1 for life sciences?)

Tips on how to let a law firm know you have another offer? I have the final interview tomorrow at the firm and a partner indicated I’d get an offer but I just received another offer from a different company. For those that have been on a split-start, does Google adjust your salary for local markets? My salary while I wait for my EU passport is €66k which equates to $74k USD, however I can see that the role I have has a higher AVG. starting salary, stateside. Will they adjust for local market, or simply just convert my salary to local currency? I make $90k rn so it’d be a bummer to start making considerably less while I wait 3mo’s to move abroad.

I have 6 and half YOE in front end development. (angular and hybrid applications). I joined my current organization ( product based) in Feb for 24LPA. The work here is too stressful and there is absolutely zero WLB. So I decided to start looking out again. However I am not getting good interview calls. Are most companies not hiring now ? Or could it because my CTC is too high ?

I found an open role last night with an application deadline of today. The application requires proof of bar membership. The only way I know to do that is a Certificate of Good Standing, which I can’t get in a day. Other ideas? I do happen to have a certificate from a district court I was just admitted to, although it’s over 30 days old. TIA!

Asking for some advice on an offer received… my current company base gives me 112k, 9 holidays, 20 pto days, 6% match on 401k and employee share purchase plan, individual bonus up to 8.5%. The new offer received is as follows: 110k base, 11 holidays, unlimited pto days, 25k in RSUs vested 100% after 4 years, no 401k match, annual performance bonus up to 7.5% with possibility to exceed it, basic medical, dental, vision plan covered by company. Thoughts on if the external offer sounds competitive?

About 6 months ago I began a paid internship as an electrical engineer. They recently gave me a notice that my internship ends at the end of August. I asked if there's something they could do to hire me on permanently. They tell me to apply to jobs on the website. I was told that internships only go for 1 year. Other interns are there that haven't been told this. Mind you I am a female where the others are males.
