I need some advise. I am a relatively new adjuster. I have 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, a bachelors degree in Business and an AINS from the institutes. I currently work as a GL adjuster with a TPA. I have seen a high turnover rate on my team in my short time at this position. I received maybe 2 hours of formal training and the rest has been learn by fire, even with claims in litigation. It’s a nightmare. I can’t get 5 minutes of my managers time a day. Would you leave?

Hey all, for VBA what would the code be for searching for a specific value in column A and once that value is found go to the next row, do a loop that basically copies and pasted that value into Column C, the next row would then be copied and pasted in column D, then next to E, F, and G then back to C…. Until another specific value is found?

Is there an easy way to convert a manipulated pivot table to a normal table but automatically retain all the subtotal formula and grouping? For example, I have a pivot table with 3row fields (country, region, customer) And a 1 column field by month. What are some common reasons that a COUNTIF formula might not be working correctly? I'm using the correct range and value to count. I'm not seeing "ERROR" but the values aren't correct (it's not counting everything). Thx.

I have a workbook with a couple of custom lists that we use every month in my department. I'm handing off this responsibility to someone else who will be using their own laptop to do it. Will the custom lists pull over to their version, or do we have to set them up in their version of excel on their laptop?
