Hi All, I recently interviewed at Amazon and Google for software engineer and passed both interviews. I have an offer on the table from Amazon but with Google I am officially in team matching and my recruiter tells me that the queue is pretty backed up now and it can take a long time. My question is should I take the Amazon offer now or decline Amazon and hold out for Google? I have heard that Google has better wlb/benefits. But I'm scared to decline Amazon without a guaranteed job offer.

I stopped working from next week..as I send them my resignation letter someday ago. That I will not work from next week. I will not serve the notice period,I want spot resign.

Yes, it's kind of same... Generally C3B level is given after 10 years...
I personally have not seen people with less than 10 years at C3B level. But TCS is big, rare exceptions possible.

i have seen a lot of people getting c3b at 10 years exactly. however there is no hard rule as such, but getting promoted at < 10 is very unlikely for normal people. if you've pursued an executive MBA and rejoining TCS is another case where you can get this promotion at <10. if you're target is to get a better salary, simply switch.

HR said they cannot give C3B at all.

I have 9.5 years of exp and joined as C3A. I think even at 10 years exp also c3b ia difficult. Not seen any profile with less than this exp and getting c3b

Doubtful if they offer C3B at 6-8 YOE. Can be possible for tier 1 associate , possible. But usual scenario.. they won't
I am 7 YoE and got offer for C3A in TCS. And my colleague who is 9+ YoE also got offer for C3A. Only the package differs
