Hi Friends! I have a situation here. I am working in a startup company where there is no proper process at all. I am now leaving and I have requested relieving letter and experience letter with roles and responsibilities mentioned in that. But the manger is telling that he can provide only relieving letter which I can use as experience letter also. But in most of the companies, they are asking relieving & Exp letters. What should I do now?Tata Consultancy
I made it the final round "panel" interviews with Amazon for a hardware engineering role. Anyone got any tips or experiences with Amazon interviews for a HW-oriented role?
It's 5 hours total, first two rounds are with managers. What I've done in the past is give as many examples as I could for HW solutions that I worked on highlighting the tech skills. Wondering if I can do more?

I let a relationship wither on the vine in large part due to the time and energy I gave to this industry. I’m old now and married to someone else. But it still makes me sad.
My advice: tell your immediate boss you are taking a long weekend to comp yourself for those weekend days and spend time with your partner/family.
Designer- yes. Definitely yes. I thought they were very unsupportive, sexist (I’m a woman), etc etc. They eventually cheated on me. I blamed them 100% at first and for several years.
But with the hindsight of time, age, experience, I now know it was 50% my fault. I wasn’t present in the relationship the way I should have been. And my career/this industry was a big part of why.
This is sad.
