I have 16 years of IT industry experience. I am working as Senior Scrum Master since last 5 years and now evolved into Product Owner role as well in the last 1.5 years for insurance client. I have hands on experience in MuleSoft, .Net Core, Angular, React JS. Which position J shoud target at Liberty Mutual? Engineering Manager or Product Owner or Scrum Master II? What will be averagr salary at Somerville or Cambridge (MA) for these positions?

After a long and extensive interview process (2 months & 12 rounds of interviews) I finally heard back that they are very interested in offering me the job. My Current base is $135k (in NJ) and my ask is $180K (in NYC). But base comp ceiling for the position grade is $165k and they are willing to offer one time payment to make up for the gap between the offer & the ask. Any thoughts? The role has very upward potential in next couple of years.

What are other comp elements I can negotiate? Thx!

What is the salary of a Tax Senior in Deloitte USI or any other Big4.

Asking for wife who's also in banking. If she got ~$100k in signing bonus in 2019 for 1 year commitment in CA and started FT in July 2020, assuming she leaves before July 2021, can her employer claw back full amount in California? Some say it's much tougher to do so under CA law but wonder if anyone has any insights. Banks won't likely care about analyst signing bonuses, but associate bonus at EB with diversity bonus can be significant. If she quits before, she won't be going to another bank.

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

Found out I’m making $20k less than someone in same role (share similar experiences and both started over a year ago). Brought this up to my manager who encouraged me to talk to her manager (VP of department) if I felt comfortable. Scheduled a meeting with the VP, brought my facts, and politely asked if I could have a raise. She obliterated me.
