Having worked at D and EY I can tell you it doesn’t make any difference. Your luck in getting on good engagements and working with good people will matter much more than your firm selection. (Unless you want to work on a specific client)

I can honestly say it varies sometimes on which office you are at, sometimes which service line you are with and then sometimes which teams and people you are with. I know this isn’t what you want to hear but every firm experience is a mix of all of those things which could make or break your experience.
Agree with Ey1 depends on who you work with
All firms are the same. Go to your local office. Meet the people. That’s the only difference
Before I came to RSM I was at PwC. Went from a great office to a terrible one, and knew the politics would keep me from ever making partner.
RSM has proven to be the same way, but I’m around a great group of people in my local office. I’ve seen my fair share of assholes here, but never had to work with them.
