Ni Hao! Ni shi na li ren?
General question: Is there any room in corporate America for real, actionable DE&I discussions and initiatives? I've observed so many corporate versions become an advertising strategy (SM posts, diversity reports) without doing the actual work (increasing representation in senior leadership, salary analyses, having an effective reporting system for bias). Is this just how it is?
For those who's Onboarding is getting delayed...is the new date getting updated on the Ibegin portal or only on email/call?

I think the only way Max stands a chance is if Red Bull get lucky with a safety car / red flag. As much as I want to see that happen, Mercedes are too good to drop the ball with a faster car on race pace. Thoughts?

Looking for insight on working in a surgery center VS working in a hospital OR.
I’m married to a service member and have taken some time off while we lived overseas. I’m looking to start my career up again and want to pivot into a new area of nursing but have no idea how surgical nursing differs based on where it’s located. Would love some opinions and advice! We have two children (4&1) and with a spouse who could leave at any moment, the schedule is my number one concern.

I am wondering if the CCMC is worth it when it comes to case management positions? I have done case management for 6 years but I am not certified. I find that when I apply to case management positions that don’t require the CCMC I am either overlooked with my experience or I make it to an interview but not selected. I’m debating on whether the 8 weeks of class and $1000 cost is worth it when it comes down to being selected?

Does anyone work from home doing insurance reviews and appeals that could give me any insight on what its like? I've heard some people love it, others hate it. I was informed this morning that after the first of the year I will be on call every other weekend which was not part of the terms when I was hired so I'll be looking for a new employer. I do a few prior auths for my current job and I like doing it. I think I would like doing it full time but is it enjoyable when it's all you do? Thanks!
