To work as a pediatric or NICU nurse as a new grad do you have to obtain all the certifications on your own or will the hospital provide/pay for it?

J1 & J2 together make about 200k although there is no room for growth in either but WLB is amazing (< 10hrs per week). Stuck contemplating if I should abandon overemploy to chase promotions seeing that I could eventually get to my current salary with my job. Just feeling a little stuck over all. I know many consultants most likely make more. Any one else feel this way or have any thoughts? I was thinking of looking for a different J1 and slowly try to climb up if possible.

I've been working as a scrum master/ agile coach for the last 4 years and I can't seem to find a position for a PM/PO for lack of experience that's usually the reason I'm given, but I was coaching teams to become Product owners, I teach product management at university and I even made a portfolio of products I launched over the years, I'm only applying to one City in north France. I am thinking about making a pivot to cloud/cloud security. I attempted the CCSP but unfortunately I didn’t pass. I plan on taking it again and then getting some AWS certs to follow. Do you think this is the best path into cloud? If not, what do you think would be a better path to cloud?

I am project manager in clinical research industry (CRO). After earning PhD, I gave up my science dream to take a more stable job. After slowly climbing the ladders, I feel like I finally got a seat at the table. Half the days I like the hustle, but now I miss being creative. I want to take more brainstorming, decision making responsibilities but I don’t see that in the career path for PM. Career path usually goes like this- Sr PM, Director l, Sr Director, and so on. Hello everyone! I currently work in GA as an RN OR circulator at an eye surgery center. I plan to be a travel RN in Philadelphia,PA come this summer.
