I accidentally overshared information about having anxiety and trouble focusing with someone who is kind of important at the company and now I regret it. She never responded and probably forgot about it but my husband told me that I shouldn’t have done that and I shouldn’t share things like that with people at work unless you are really close with them and now I’m freaking out and crying because I’m scared she will remember that and tell my boss or other higher up people.

How to deal with change? 1 year out of college and living with 3 of my best friends, just talked about living together for next year but they are all moving to new cities. Another friend is moving to my city so I’ll be living with them but I can’t help but feel a little lonely/like a huge stage of my life is over. Any tips for dealing with this change?
