Struggling with imposter syndrome here. Over the past five years at my employer I went from independent contributor as a developer to a more of a Leadership position. what I’m finding though is that I don’t get nearly the kudos or mentions that I used to as an IC. I often wonder if I’m doing a good job or if I’m failing I tend to overthink and read into peoples life interactions. is this common as you enter leadership? Any tips to maintain confidence? I really hope I’m doing a good job

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

My work has been 90% Excel based 10% Access/SQL based and friends at other firms seem to be using way more advanced programs.

I need one Assistance in investment declaration for NPS employer contribution . My NPS account current POP is not ICICI .

While contacted the ICICI POP , he told me to declare the amount though the POP is not ICICI then only they will get request to transfer to ICICI POP .

I am looking for suggestions who have already gone through this POP transfer process .

I know I took out the loans and I should repay them and I’m normally fiscally conservative and against giving out free money. But I am hoping student loans get completely cancelled. It would greatly boost the economy if people do not have them hanging over their heads. However, forgiving what is currently there won’t help long term if the predatory practices around student loans aren’t fixed along with soaring tuition prices and salaries for administrators.

I feel like I prefer American/Int’l men over Canadian men. Mostly because everyone seems to know everyone here. Even in the big cities, it’s a small pond. But being in Canada, that makes for a long distance relationship by default…which most people aren’t into. Welp

A serious question and need your help. I rented a parking spot from someone and it was agreed that there would be no car that would be parked in my spot. We have a signed agreement as well. There was a breach and when I arrived, the spot was occupied and I kinda let it go but the owner of the spot is really causing issues and threatening to cancel the spot. Can I take any action regarding the breach?
