Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

Not to be a downer, but you said you’ve signed for this job… have you started? Reading that you had offers rescinded after signing seems interesting you’re celebrating now…
Signed for a new job doesnt mean I’m starting immediately… and getting offers rescinded was a while ago when I committed to other companies. When that happened I obviously continued looking, and eventually getting this job which I’m happy with. Otherwise I would have finished the process 2 months ago.
Congrats!!! Could you share about your background (college, major, etc) that helped u break into pm?

Nah as I said, I was a data analyst/ product analyst throughout the past yr. Also have background in data science, but I think my past internship experiences in large tech helped. I don’t think the length of the yoe matters as much as the relevant experiences (even at internships
Just wanna spread positive vibes to everyone that it’s all about the long run. Don’t feel defeated 🤜🏻
Celebrate the small wins along the way, EY. This is what life is about - the ups and the downs. We only see the LinkedIn update, but there’s usually far more to the story. Rest well, and don’t forget the 👑 you dropped
Thank you for your kind words!
If you dont mind sharing what position did you get at this company? Did you leave EY at M1?
M4 - seems interesting, let me DM you
You deserve it 🤴/ 👸
Do you need an H1B? Really struggling to find companies that sponsor
Designer 1- is that for all roles? When I checked it was only very limited roles
Congratulations! I appreciate this story. Perseverance paid off! 🥳
Would love to hear the stories of the rescinded offeres. Congrats on the final outcome’
It was a combination of ambiguity on business internal processes, the overall macroeconomics and my visa situation (some of them definitely discriminated me because of this long story short, but unfortunately I don’t have enough proof take it to an attorney

I can only imagine the sense of relief. It's mentally exhausting to go through a job search as it is. Good luck. What's your YOE?

I’m so happy for you! Well deserved, and don’t forget to celebrate yourself!!!
Earned it. Congrats!
Congratulations! Persistence pays off!

My story goes the same way. I tried at least 4 times at this co before getting finally accepted. Call it hot job market, diversity etc. I don’t care. I put in a lot of effort and got the returns that stock market refused to give me ;)
Congratulations and thanks for sharing.
Congratulations!
