Today I recieved Salary breakup from TCS and all documents are verified in ibegin...How many days it will take to get official offer letter? and still any chance that I will not get offer letter? Should I resign from current company or wait?

Not sure if I should be happy with the comp adjustment or pissed that I was underpaid. I hear the adjustment was around 5% - but I fear the year end bonus is going to suffer !!

I'm a new adjuster but have great metrics and feel I'm doing fairly well. My family is struggling living paycheck to paycheck. I've been with my company about 7 months but I feel other companies pay more. I don't want to leave though. Any tips for asking for a salary increase? I was promoted a few months in to a tier 2 but no pay raise goes with that.

Later, I shared all the required documents like Salary slips etc.
Now they reach out to me and saying cannot proceed because we want immediate joiner or someone who can join within 30 days.

Working for a startup, got approached by and started interviewing with a large tech company which would match my salary, but add 25% bonus, rsus worth $100k over 3 years, plus health insurance etc. No offer yet but interviews are going well. Currently have exit only options in the company I’m at, and have heard that we are close to being acquired by a faang that would make those worth £100k. Acquisition could be done within the year. Should I stick it out?

I joined Accenture last year in May at level 8 and received 3 lacs as joining bonus.

Now as per Accenture's offer letter, the joining bonus needs to be returned if I leave within an year of joining.
