If you consider 5pm naps “working hour” naps, you have a problem. Ever since Covid, I shut down no later than 5pm for the day.
Ahhhhh. I am so jealous.
As long as the meeting was not scheduled, can take a nap at 5pm.
That said, you get 4/10 at best.
Pro-tip: I’ve figured out that during COVID work from home, it’s easy to sneak a nap in here and there when things are (very occasionally, unfortunately) slow.
Step 1: Download move mouse
Step 2: Hook laptop up to TV or speakers, and switch laptop audio to external output
Step 3: Crank volume on speakers/TV and laptop to 100%
Step 4: Set your status as available and turn on MoveMouse
Step 5: Nap
When I get emails or messages it wakes me up every time! (Though sometimes I also close outlook so only pings wake me up lol)
My rationale is Move Mouse actually does have some legit applications. I often run it when I’m leading calls to make sure I don’t accidentally let my laptop go to sleep, etc

I hate Teams but to be fair. I need to get better with it.

It's a piece of crap, theres nothing to get better with. Its clunky, slow, obnoxious, half the time when I get a call theres no button to pick up the call.
Its trash software.
