Hi, I've recently got selected to IBM GBS, and my husband working for PSU I am from Andhrapradesh and IBM location is Chennai. I've 1year baby. Due to this I can't relocate to Chennai. I taught in middle school for my first ten years in Las Vegas. I learned that I only had authority with students who acknowledged it. If you get into a power struggle with the ones who don't respect you or authority in general, you will often lose. And that was a hard lesson to learn, believe me! Otherwise, I followed the next step of parental contact. That usually gave me insight into the kid.
