Walk a mile in her shoes and maybe you'll find out there's more to it than your subjective impression of her. It's not all about having the right to work that makes you successful or unsuccessful. There are plenty of factors.
Immigrants or non-immigrant first be a human being, help your friend when she is in need, and then post how foreigner made a difference and set an example. Forget Harvard your not worth being in the USA.
How does PWC come into picture here. Now I understand why you’re working 10 times harder Becoz your dumb 😂😂😂
You know its possible that other people have it hard too. Compassion and hard work are not mutually exclusive
You are so full of hate and entitled OP, please come down your high horse and look beyond your nose before judging others.
I’m also a foreign national but I don’t understand your attitude. You and I CHOSE to live and work in a foreign country called the United States. No one asked you (or me or anyone else for that matter) to work 10 times harder and make sacrifices. We all work hard to stand out, to convince our employers that we should be hired instead of other candidates they are considering cuz they don’t need the company to pay for immigration fees and deal with the hassles while we do. The fact that she’s partying is irrelevant- she can be partying and at the same time stressed financially. The fact that you’re not taking vacations or are constantly rejected is also irrelevant. Why can’t you have some sympathy towards her? We all know the job market’s harsh cuz of covid rn
Some foreign workers might go through unfair treatments and that’s sad. If there’s anyone who’s going through that that’s close to me, I’d do anything I can do to help. BUT, that doesn’t mean I’d be unempathetic towards my American friends because they are ‘privileged’ and don’t work as hard as I do. The fact that you have that tone of yours and laugh at someone who’s struggling in life, and then show off by saying you’ve achieved so many things, in my opinion, is nasty and unkind. I’m sorry if you feel attacked but that’s how I feel.
Good luck getting into HBS with that grammar OP.
Work on that grammar. In your post you said you were planning to apply to HBS now you have interview invites from all the M7.....which is which🤔

OP, I don’t get why do you have to post this here. No point or purpose. Looks like a weird flex but are you looking for some appreciation? Everyone look at life differently. Take it easy! It isn’t an opportunity for you to judge.

Sure, I am just encouraging you rethink and increase your standards. That will take you very far.
OP, everyone is shitting all over your post and you are arguing with everyone one by one..don’t you have a sense you are in the minority view regarding this topic? Learn to be self-reflective!
Perhaps if everyone disagrees with your tone, maybe your post is petty. Trust me no one felt inspired by your post. Good flex though..good for you.
Lol OP are you 12? You come across as immature and extremely insecure on this thread.
That attitude won’t get you to Harvard Business School...been there and they don’t look for people that rejoice when others are having a hard time
Your poor grammar decides that you don’t go to Harvard you illiterate, “feeding on other people’s misery” soul.

You're such a good friend.
As good as PWC
Ok honestly right now my life is absolutely miserable because I’m graduating this year (probably the worst year to graduate) , struggling with recruiting because again, like you mentioned in the post its hard to find sponsorship (mid-covid) especially. I sometimes wonder how much easier my life would be if I was born here: paying 3times less for school, easier to get a job in terms of papers hassle, and many more. But it doesnt mean that americans dont deserve what they have/or like you say, deserve to be in miserable situations. You have no idea what other people go through, even if the immigration status is not one of her problems. I wonder how you still look in her face after posting this, you are clearly not friends. Be proud of what you achieved but stop shitting on people and start inspiring and helping others. Best of luck
I dont care about your grammar, none of us here are native speakers, but your grammar wont be the reason of your future struggles, your personality will
Good thing she’s your friend...
