Well, first I’d find out if contractually they’re actually only eligible for a certain break. It’s possible they’re not entitled to the same break you have.. Once you’re sure, you should have a conversation with your boss and if you don’t feel happy with the outcome, let him know you plan to raise the issue. Not sure what your chain of command is - is there someone above your boss you would need to meet with first? I’d be careful.. just make sure you follow the chain of command.
This is solid advice, OP. Definitely check the contracts first if you can. If you're not sure, you can ask HR, but I'd try talking with your boss before going that route. If you do go to HR, just explain the situation. Stick to the facts, state that if the contracts say they can't have long breaks then you understand, and see what they say.
