Have you tried any of the magnetic eyelashes? Do they actually work?

Does anyone have any RAG formulaic templates they've used in the past that they wouldn't mind sharing? Working at a company that is developing processes and we do not have a consistent/formulaic approach to RAG status. I've worked in other companies where we would do line item milestones with their own individual RAG (determined by probability+ impact) that would roll up into an overall project RAG status. But, I'm unable to find a template like that easily.

For the people who took Steve Kerr’s impassioned speech (which I admire tremendously) and used it as a LinkedIn post to talk about “what leadership looks like in the workplace” - seriously consider rethinking your priorities in life. Not everything is an opportunity to spout off about what “leadership” is and turn it into professional advice (I realize not everyone did that or may not have seen it as much as I did in my feed, but had to vent about it).

Am I wrong in thinking I am the logically person to get a huge promotion? Background: I work on a Buying team as Buyers Assistant and I am currently the only person in my Category. I know the business, the product, the operating system and the vendors. However, I know nothing about buying but I quickly learn analytics and procedures. Wouldn’t it be easier to train me on buying vs training a buyer how our systems functions, our products, and how it moves in our company?

I have this weird huge anxiety around sending out emails to my BU. Personally, it’s because I’ve received feedback that I’m not concise or clear in my written communication. I’m trying to be patient and gracious with myself, & have been reading books to improve my vernacular. I also send my email drafts to my manager first, & she’s been supportive and improving them for me. Which is great! But I feel a tad embarrassed. Any tips on how to regulate that feeling, & improve written comm?

I'm 11kg overweight for my height with a BMI of around 28.5. I'm hiking, walking up various peaks and ensuring that I get my heart racing the past 3 days. In some muddy/slippery places, I put weight on my left leg to prevent a 60 ft drop, knee took a lot of impact. Pity that attempting to be more active also leads to injury.

What do you recommend, a diet using the calorie deficit method? Looking to go back to gym, hit the heavy bag & lift weights from Monday.
