Day 6 in the books & feeling better than I have in a while!
I’m a guy. Thanks SSE1!
Just 👏 Keep 👏 Going
You got this! In my experience, everyday will get a little easier. Get all the sleep you need, eat well. But keep pushing through, don’t give up! You can do this!

It gets better, focus on that. You're doing a great job!
How are you holding up?
👏👏👏👏
You can do it, I promise!!!!! It’s really hard but you can do it! No magic bullet just one day at a time!
Isn’t the Magic Bullet a sex toy?
Water water water water. Flush your body and try and rest well. If you can exercise, do it.
Thanks BCG1! Besides downing water, are there any supplements or foods that help restore energy or help with the detox?
Water and meditation! Sam Harris’ app has a free 30-day challenge.
What a champion you are. Keep going OP. I am
inspired
Thanks PwC1. Today is day 10 and honestly I’m feeling better than I have in the last year. I’m so glad I bit the bullet and decided to get off addy. The first few days I was so tired so I really tried to listen to my body and lay down and take a quick power nap when I was too tired. I’m also drinking a lot of coffee to stay up and at em, 300-400mg of caffeine per day. I know it’s a lot but it’s helping
Amazing, OP! Advice: flush the rest. I was hesitant to do this bc wasting precious supply seemed insane, but if you really mean it... flush it. And hey, you could always get more if you ever needed it. I didn’t flush it the first time I tried this and took it again when I had stressful week with a tight deadline. Second time I quit, I flushed it and never looked back.
Anyone got any ideas for detoxing from Fenty?
Rising Star
If you mean fentanyl then detox. Almost no one makes detox from opiates on their own without subs or something. I say this as someone that's been to multiple rehabs with opiate addicts. Almost all of them only ever successfully kicked in jail or detox.
