It went for 35 mins by exceeding 5 mins does it mean it was cleared in first round and what is the selection process in coforge Tata Consultancy Wipro HCL Technologies EY Deloitte

I’m thinking about applying at WTW for a Senior Account Manager role in the Chicago office. How do referrals work at WTW? Also, I have 4 years of experience in group captive insurance programs as well as most ancillary lines on the broker side. Does anyone else have group captive experience and could provide some advice on best companies to move to where I can use that expertise? I want to move to a larger company since I’m at a small place with not much room for growth currently.

Attended interview by May month and in-between process has been kept on hold for fiscal year things..

Now HR said that offer is due anytime once approval is provided. Still I'm waiting for approval.

Hr also said, there will be bgv once I get the offer and it takes 3 weeks..

Any idea guys... once we get offer we can trust ms right ? Because it's getting delayed and my old offers from Indian mncs will get expired.

Hi fishes, I had cleared 3 rounds of interviews and a written assignment for a role in Aruba (HPE subsidiary). Now they said the job role is on hold for a few months. Candidates having offer are also put on hold. That doesn't seems fair considering a candidate has cleared all rounds of selection. Is this happened with anyone?

Hi everyone! I need some help 😩. I received my Associate's and Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Science and have been working as a technical specialist for 1.5 years. I probably have applied to about 200 jobs, no lie and only one reached out to me. 4 weeks later, 3 interviews later, I was decline. I’m in the middle of an implementation project currently but am actively interviewing for other positions. Is it inevitable that I’ll be burning bridges by leaving the firm? Idk why I feel so guilty. I’m one of the only BA’s who the client trained for 3-6 months and have close relationships with most management. Project won’t end till late 2022. I recently got interviewed at Salesforce for position of Lead Automation Solutions Engineer and they extended an offer. FYI,I did some initial negotiation and the package looks like this;
Total Pkg - 255K(Base - 136K,MBO - 9K,Commision - 49K,RSU - 60K/4year).
Is there any room for negotiation or did I already hit the roofline?
