Today was unexpected. After being in my Senior Analyst role as a Ops Advisor for 6 yrs. I received an offer for a Analyst in Supply & Logistics for exports. I’m extremely excited to learn another part of the business and being a individual contributor.

I am looking for a new job at the end of a long career. I have excellent experience in IP and Supply Chain Management. I've been fortunate to be in a high-paying position in the Los Angeles area and I rarely see comparable positions posted. The comparable positions at my company are filled by one of the big executive search firms. Any recommendations for finding the rare executive-level legal positions or for landing on the radar of the big executive search firms would be much appreciated!

I’m an FA at ML, been in the role for 1 year and 8 months, but have 23 years of industry experience. Quarterly, I have a performance review call with my Market Executive and until today never heard anything negative… my growth is slower than I’d like and definitely I’m sure that’s why, but today he said last time “they” wanted to give me a letter of education and he talked “them” out of it. First of all, who is “they” / “them” and what would the letter of education be for? Any thoughts?

My role at my company was eliminated . They are giving us a 60 day notice , then one week for every year employed . Is that a good severance package or should i hire an employment attorney ? (In house for an insurance company)

A naive question but…why is an in-house role “easier” and so sought after? Bedsides no billables of course.

Also, I read many places the metrics they want you to hit have been difficult in the small account sector. Is that the case ?

Hi All,

I got an offer from Accenture and joining date is 18 October. This is into CN. Lately I got a temporary employment contract from Dubai with a very decent pay.
Due to some personal urgencies, I am under confusion to pursue the offer at Dubai or not!
Can I ask a counter from Accenture to increase my pay and a hard genuine try to send me onsite in 6 months?
Or will it backfire and they close my current offer? What's the situation in Accenture as the market is snaily in recent months!
