I try to make them but I'm terrible at sticking to them. I just feel like I don't have as much time as I should to cook or shop for food.

Happy Dietician's Day! I don't really stick to diet plans. I am trying to eat healthier though.
I had a pretty severe eating disorder as a young person and part of what helped me heal from that was intuitive eating practices. I really try to stick to that as much as possible, and my body seems to approve.
I try to stick to my custom macros while making remaining conscious of how I'm filling those macros (no drinking calories!). But I'm also coming off of breastfeeding, so I'm listening to my body more than really calculating my usual macros right now.
I'll take this as a sign to start one. I've only been on the roll with what's available, About time I make my meals with intention.
