E for me. Traveling is my favorite hobby, and I’d love to be able to communicate in each country’s own languages.

me too!

like

C. Without a doubt.

Eating is my favorite hobby. They go hand in hand 😉

D. Cleanest path to easier work life and $

E

like

I’ve got A.
Medium strength versions of B and E and not too much I can do with that.

I would take D if I could.

like

Already took care of B, and I like to eat, so C it is.

E !

E. fluent in multiple languages

E) fluent in multiple languages

like

B for sure

like

Advanced Coding

like

E

like

Being able to speak several languages is a big flex (imo)

like

First, I would choose B because learning to read music seems like “Introduction to Coding” to me! Then, I would choose D, Advanced Coding.

Public speaking

like

Pretty good at A already. Played a couple instruments all through high school, B is fulfilled. Don’t care much about C gourmet meals; eat and go! Meh on D coding; it’s more sitting in front of a computer. E it is! (Although, I have no ear for languages and no money for travel, but it would be a cool flex to just start spouting off something in a different language or talk to others in their native language!)

like

E for sure

like

B -music, maybe bc my mother was a music major and played several instruments. 🎹

Been with a girl for few months, really enjoyed moments that we shared together and barely got into any fights. But, somehow somewhat, I don’t see that we share the same vision in our career path. She wants to settle for administration roles while I want work & travel to multiple countries, really hard for her to find those opportunities within her current roles. I like her personality a lot but I feel like really hard to share interesting topics/ my works with her. Any advice please?

Looking for advice on breaking into the L&E litigation field. I’m a rising third-year general litigation associate at a v10 law firm in NYC where I’ve gotten to work on a couple of L&E cases. My job search for L&E roles has been a bit of an uphill battle, because most of the roles require significant L&E experience. Would it be a bad idea to take a non-partner track role in an AmLaw100 firm’s L&E group in order to break into the field? What kinds of jobs would I be marketable for afterwards?

Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.

Hi! I’m a first-year associate working at a large regional firm. I attended a well-ranked, but regional law school and my grades weren’t stellar. School was never very motivating for me, and I put way more effort into internships and networking than my studies during law school. Luckily, I love to network and landed an awesome job at a big firm. Eventually, I’m hoping to work in-house. My question is this, will my grades always follow me? I’ve heard that with time and experience, not so much.

My question is, coming from an Fin ops background, how hard will it be for me to obtain an analyst position in this field? Am I locked into ops? I see most job openings in corp dev are looking for 1-2 years work experience in corporate development, however I do have translatable skills
