There was one day recently when I woke up incredibly anxious (chest pain, racing thoughts, etc) and was unable to focus on work / wanted to curl up and go to sleep all day to stop feeling so anxious. I feel like my work timing, communication, and output suffered due to the high anxiety but i didn’t feel comfortable telling my managerwhy I was being slower / less accurate than usual. What is a good way to deal with situations like this?
