Controversial question but want to get insights. Despite Trump being trump, why would any American who cares about having a job , especially in IT and STEM areas vote democratic when they are happily handing over jobs to imported foreign labor. We have 60 million unemployed Americans and record high IT unemployment, but corporates continue to favor visa holders over LPRs and citizens!

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? It's about the time where everyone on my team requests feedback from each other and I'm nervous for it coming up. My manager knows that everything I've worked w her on I end up doing 90% of the work when it's meant to be split so it is a known issue. We're both at level 3 so are genuinely peers. She seems like a nice person but i have 0 positive work feedback tbh

We are having a beach day at our company picnic, I have 4 large tattoos that no one piece swim suit is going to cover. They’re not inappropriate but I also don’t want to show them. Body makeup looks weird and unnatural. Thoughts?
