I don’t get dopamine from doing work anymore

I really love where I work but I’m not paid what I’m worth. I have a great opportunity with a local bank to lead the development deployment process for the entire organization. Currently I work for a SaaS company with great benefits and I am torn. What’s more important? A 50K raise and the unknown of culture or stay where I am but know I’m underpaid?
