I am a Revenue Cycle Analyst at a large hospital.
I come from a healthcare operations background, have my Masters in Health Administration and 3+ yoe in large hospitals/headquarters. I am now learning sql on my own, proficient in excel and tableau.

Do you have a health savings or transit account? You usually have to spend all of those funds by your last day or you lose them, but you should ask HR about it. If you have to spend it all by tomorrow order glasses, buy OTC items from CVS, and go fill up as many MetroCards/Charlie cards/transit cards as you can.
Prepare a goodbye email for any work contacts, if your work allows it and/or add people on LinkedIn while they still remember you.
Once you start your new job, you'll work with the new company managing your 401k to roll it over. Keep in mind that you'll lose any employer contributions that are not vested. Your current benefits handbook or departure paperwork should have some information about it.
You can move your 401k to a different company or roll it in to a different product, but you should get advice on that from the personal finance bowl.
They give you a checklist when you put in notice..
