Hi! Completely new to this and been blessed with clear skin all my life. Starting to worry about preventing wrinkles, staying moisturized (my skin skews dry), reducing pore size, & looking less tired/more glowing. I want to create a structured, easy, fast daily routine.
Currently I use cerave hydrating facial cleanser when I remember, & sometimes The Ordinary hylauronic acid and retinol.

I have BCBS and have been having a hard time getting everything approved and set up. This process was much smoother when I went through it the first time in 2018. Anyone else’s having these issues? Is Win Fertility still the place that handles it?

I have been finding a number of providers that are in-network (UHC) but the surgery centers are out of network and I was told that I have to use in-network. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I'm not seeing how much use the benefit is when the most expensive part is out of network.

Does a good PM need to specialize in a type of product?

I've heard a number of times that PM is a discipline where skills are agnostic of what needs to be built/sold, but I'm having a hard time understanding how domain expertise can possibly be viewed as anything short of career defining for a PM. The notion that someone would be equally effective as a PM at Google vs Ford vs Netflix regardless of degree of experience in ads vs automotive vs media feels very wrong to me.

So today was my first day on a stimulant (diagnosed as an adult), and everyone says its suppose to feel like *boom* magic, or normal (?) , I guess. Knowing that is figurative, what should I actually be expecting? I feel mostly the same, I think, though I came in and actually did started my work today. But I mean, somedays I do that...I just don't want to psyche myself out if I'm expecting too much. Or pscyhe myself in if I actually might not be experiencing what I should.

I started usimg a standing desk, and now my calf muscles, ankles and knees are really sore. This is bizarre because I have been running a lot over the past 4 months, and have been an avid hiker and backpacker. Thoughts on why one's leg muscles may not be takimg kindly to justvstanding amd working? Anyone else experience this? Psychological / posture / breaking-in period / deeper issue that requires medical attention?

Having trouble losing weight and looking for suggestions. My standard caloric amount to maintain weight is about 2k (male/36/185lbs). Been eating at a 500 calorie deficit daily, so around 1500 calories a day, but I have very little energy to lift much weight at all when I go to the gym. Appreciate any practical recommendations, maybe eat more on days I workout? I'm just worried that having higher calories on my workout days and less when I rest could mess up my metabolism even more.

I have a good skincare regime. I used to suffer from severe acne few years ago but I had it under control until lately I noticed I have been breaking out bad especially near my chin and side of my face. I work out atleast 5 days a week but I shower (body) after workout and I also use BHA, retin A, vit C & moisturizer almost daily. I suspect it’s because I don’t wash my hair daily every time I workout. I don’t want to wash my hair daily but seems like I will have to do it. Any recommendations?
