P1 - did a KPMG’er reject your sexual advances? Why do I feel like you are a little sour on something like that?

Needing words of encouragement from people they are in consulting. It took me months of applying for consulting jobs, hundreds of rejections, before I got my first consulting job. I got laid off. Now I am having the same difficulty in finding a job.Rejections from every consulting firm, even firms that are still hiring during these times. Consulting is what I want to do. I did not give up when I was looking for a consulting job. I am not going to give up on consulting. Hope to find another job.

B2C PR agency pro considering moving to a Agency Comms role at one of the big creative shops. It would be a largely non-billable role (somewhat scary for me). Anyone made a similar move and have tips?

EY reimburses employees for up to $500 in health & wellness-related products/services. Do other firms/companies have a similar benefit? Just wondering if this is unique to EY and consulting in general

What’s the average salary for an AD in NYC with slightly less than 2 years of experience as a junior? And yes I’ve seen that massive spreadsheet but while it does say years of experience, it doesn’t say if that salary came along with the title bump or additionally as a raise after.

My school just opened a brand new campus. It’s been fun creating a new classroom again. I teach K-1 Autism Functional Skills. Loving my little sensory area. Any ideas on how to make it better?

Marriott vs Hilton? I'll be travelling to Palo Alto for next year and I am just getting started on points. KPMG promo for Hilton gives me diamond in 16 nights whereas nothing for Marriott.

I have a gov law job with an offer to go to a great firm as a mid-level associate. Worried that if COVID continues, I’ll get laid off (much less likely at my gov job). Should I wait or go?

Bringing on Principals. We have spent 5-years building out a remote-native management consulting firm and now growing by bringing on Principals... Our firm is taking a different approach to growth by offering full access to our remote infrastructure and operations team as well as the bench of talent. With a fully transparent comp structure, our Principals set their own rates plus receive a % NET of their hours for each project. We can't compete on brand (yet), we can on ops and comp. Thoughts?
