I have my own practice for past 5 years and have spent a lot of time building up brand and reputation. I'm thinking of bringing on partners but am trying to figure out how to structure compensation, profit sharing and equity while maintaining control. I dont want to do associates bc I need someone with more experience than I can afford. Does anyone have any ideas on how one can up a law firm?

I got engaged recently and I don’t want a wedding, so it will likely be courthouse. However, I’m toying around with the idea of a close girlfriends party (not sure whether it’s a bridal shower or bachelorette type of thing). New to this so bear with me. I have really close friends across 2 continents and that would mean having two separate events/ party. Everyone in the comments said more productive at home and I'm curious if this bowl would have a different consensus. I'm way more productive in the office, although I don't go that often, so maybe it's the change of scenery that helps.
