Last week wipro sent me loi which I had accepted with the date of joining on the next week. Meanwhile I got the better offer and I joined the another company. So do I need to inform wipro hr that I won't be joining. Since they have not releases the offer letter yet. Or can I decline the offer once they send it. Which will be more better way. Please suggest🙏
